Electric Scooter Wholesale Order Checklist for Dealers
Before requesting a wholesale quote, record the model, exact configuration, quantity and destination. Then list what the price should include, which checks you need, and who will answer each open question. Keep those details together so a later quote or sample can be compared with the same written request.
This checklist helps dealers and importers prepare that record. It is not a quotation, an order confirmation or proof that a vehicle meets a destination's requirements.
Start with the model and destination
Begin with a model reference or product page, rather than a description such as “the blue scooter.” Add the intended use, destination country and port, and estimated quantity. If you are still choosing, explain the route, expected load and main buying questions. Treat those details as requirements to discuss, not proof that a model will meet them.
2Wheel Station sources complete vehicles from factories and supplies dealers and importers. Its current collection includes seated electric scooters and a pedal-equipped model. You can compare the current models to identify the body style you mean. A model name or photograph is a starting reference; the order still needs a written configuration.
Write down the exact configuration
Here, configuration means the parts and options specified for the vehicle. Make a separate line for each model and configuration. Record the motor reference, battery chemistry, voltage and capacity, charger, brakes, colour and included accessories. Battery chemistry means the battery type, such as lead-acid or lithium. For this checklist, it is one configuration field, not a reason to assume that two vehicles are equivalent.
Ask whether each item is included, optional, unavailable or still awaiting confirmation. A selectable option on an enquiry form is a request. It does not confirm that the combination is compatible, in stock or available at a particular price.
Photos can help identify the requested vehicle, but add a date or version reference to the written specification too. Ask the supplier to confirm which document will describe the final order. If a detail changes, update the record rather than leaving the answer in a separate chat message.
Use one order-preparation worksheet
Copy the fields below into a document or spreadsheet. Leave unknown answers marked “to confirm” and name the person who should reply. Do not fill a gap with a figure from a similar vehicle.
| Record field | What to write or ask |
|---|---|
| Model and version | Product reference or link, body style, specification version and photo references |
| Configuration | Motor, battery, charger, brakes, colour, accessories and every requested change |
| Quantity | Units for each model, configuration and colour; keep the lines separate |
| Destination and use | Country, port, intended use and requirements that still need checking |
| Quote scope | Items to include, items to exclude, currency and questions about the delivery basis |
| Packing and handover | Packing state, dimensions and weights to confirm, assembly work and delivery responsibilities |
| Checks and support | Sample or inspection requirements, document checks, warranty and spare-parts questions |
| Open items | The unanswered question, reply owner, supporting record and confirmation status |
The worksheet is a planning tool, not an accepted specification. Its purpose is to make missing information visible before you compare offers or approve the next step.
Compare quotes on the same scope
Ask for a written quote that follows your model and configuration lines. Check whether the vehicle, battery, charger, accessories and packing are included. Ask which transport or other costs are outside the quoted scope. Do not assume that a lower total covers the same items.
Keep the quote date or version with the record. When an offer changes, note what changed and ask for the revised scope in writing. The following blank register gives you a simple way to compare an item without inventing a price or commercial term.
| Item to compare | Included | Excluded | To confirm | Who replies? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vehicle and agreed configuration | — | — | — | — |
| Battery and charger | — | — | — | — |
| Accessories and packing | — | — | — | — |
| Delivery scope and other charges | — | — | — | — |
| Inspection, documents and support | — | — | — | — |
These are example fields, not a quotation from 2Wheel Station. Review the site's wholesale supply information for the current discussion process, then ask which terms can be confirmed for your request.
Separate packing, delivery and destination checks
Confirm whether the vehicles will arrive assembled or partly assembled. Ask for the packing form, outside package dimensions, weights with and without packaging, with the battery inclusion stated, and the assembly work expected at destination. The current reference packing information describes semi-assembled vehicles, and container quantities are estimates. Ask for the final packing and loading plan before treating an estimate as a booking quantity.
Write down the proposed delivery term and place, then ask what the seller, buyer and freight provider will each arrange. ICC explains that Incoterms rules help clarify delivery tasks, costs and risks between sellers and buyers. Use the ICC explanation of Incoterms rules as a starting point. This checklist does not choose a trade term or interpret its full obligations for your transaction.
Keep transport acceptance and destination requirements as separate questions. Ask which documents are available for the exact vehicle and battery configuration. Ask who will check the destination's import and road-use requirements, and who will obtain written confirmation from the appropriate adviser or authority. Do not mark a requirement complete merely because a document exists for a similar model.
Agree the checks and after-sales responsibilities
If you request a sample, state the configuration you want checked and the record you expect back. Before a later order, ask which specification, photos or approved sample will be the reference for comparison. Name the person responsible for reporting differences and asking for a decision. This is a recommended record, not a claim that a particular inspection service is included.
Ask for warranty coverage, exclusions and the claim process in writing. Also ask how parts will be identified for the exact model, who confirms compatibility, and who handles shortages or damage questions. Keep unresolved support questions visible. Do not assume that a product listing includes a warranty period, local service network or spare-parts stock.
Keep unresolved items visible
A checklist does not need to look complete to be useful. “To confirm” is a better entry than an unsupported answer. For each open item, record the question, who should answer it, and which document or demonstration would settle it.
Before moving to the next step, compare the latest response with your original request. If a model, battery, accessory or delivery detail changed, ask whether the quote and other records need updating. Keep the final agreed version together with the supporting replies. The checklist helps you ask and record questions; it does not replace the written terms you and the supplier agree.
FAQs
How can I prepare an enquiry if I have not chosen every option?
Start with the model or intended use, destination and estimated quantity. List the options you have chosen and mark the rest “to confirm.” Ask for written confirmation of the final configuration, compatibility and quoted scope before treating the request as an agreed order.
Does a listed battery specification mean the battery is included in the quote?
Do not use a product specification as proof of quote inclusion. Ask the supplier to state whether the exact battery and charger are included, optional or excluded, and which configuration the price covers. Record the answer beside the dated quote so you can compare the same scope.
Do vehicle documents confirm that a scooter can be imported or used on the road?
A document for a vehicle or similar model does not settle every destination requirement. Ask which documents apply to the exact vehicle and battery configuration. Keep transport acceptance, import requirements and road-use requirements as separate checks, and identify who will obtain confirmation from the appropriate adviser or authority.
What packing details should I confirm before booking transport?
Confirm the packing list and whether the vehicles will arrive assembled or partly assembled. Ask which assembly work is needed at the destination, how the battery will be handled for transport, and who will arrange each step. Treat container quantities as estimates until the final packing and loading plan is confirmed.
How can I compare wholesale quotes on the same scope?
Compare quotes for the same model and written configuration. Record each quote’s date or version, then list what is included, excluded or still to confirm. Check packing, delivery responsibilities and other charges alongside the vehicle details. If anything changes, ask for a revised written quote.
